Service Description

An opportunity to work on technique for a specified posture. We start with exercises to build the necessary strength and mobility and break down the posture into bite size manageable pieces. Options provided for beginners and variations for intermediate an advanced students. You will receive feedback from Emma during class if your camera is on.
