Yogalates: All Levels
Prenatal: Soothe & Mobilise
Gentle mat based class featuring full body mobility and soothing stretches to ease the aches of the rapidly changing pregnant body particularly around the upper back, hips and rib areas. You will need blocks, bolster/pillows, cushion. Suitable for 2nd and 3rd trimester; please get clearance from your OB/DR before partaking.
Yoga for 2nd & 3rd Trimester: Warrior Mamas
You will need a pair of blocks and a bolster or pillow and cushion. Suitable for 2nd and 3rd trimesters with the all clear from your doctor. Full spinal and pelvic mobility on the floor and then explored in Warrior 2, Plies and deep squat. We're also covering pelvic floor relaxation. All helpful tools in aiding in relaxation required for the birthing journey.
Slip 'n Slide
Yogalates with a pair of sliders to challenge your strength and balance. We start on the floor with abs, obliques and hips then pull it all together with standing lunges and a warrior 2 sequence followed by a warm down. All levels with options to keep it simple or level up and increase intensity. You are always encouraged to make the practice work with your needs.
