Movement Cure: Hip Swing & Stability
You will need a pair of blocks, strap, bolster and something to support yourself with such as a chair, wall or counter top. Emphasis is on internal and external rotation of the hip joint, first on the floor and then up in standing where we're exploring hip traction and challenging the weight bearing hip to support the opposing side whilst balancing on the blocks.
Movement Cure: 'Gentle Self Care'
You will need something to sit on such as blocks or folded blanket and a bolster/pillows. A very mellow class including gentle spinal mobility, gentle stretches for days when you need to move but lack the energy. We also practice self neck, shoulder face and leg massage
Movement Cure: Fascia Flow
This class safely loads and unwinds our fascia, it will leave you feeling looser with great range of movement. Fascia is connective tissue that envelops every structure in our body, so its influence is far reaching. Got a sore tight muscle? It might actually be the surrounding fascia! Like all structures it can be come sensitive and cause restrictions.
