Limited Series for all levels including beginners; covering the technique and fundamentals of Enso vinyasa. By the end of this series you will have a better understanding of how to move freely and intelligently and feel comfortable attending Enso or other suitably levelled Vinyasa class. A growing trend; Vinyasa yoga can be overwhelming to newbies, it can often be fast paced with important aspects to the transitions and postures unaddressed, which can lead to injuries. This series of classes will address how to build your strength, stability and mobility with detailed breakdowns so your practice is embodied and integrated.
